We had a wonderful getaway with our family. Great location and lots to do within walking distance. The house was the perfect setup for us and was well stocked! Loves our vacay!

We love being close to the beach and the bay, along with plenty of other things to do in the neighborhood. The house was perfect for our family, as each group had their own floor of the house. Nice little patio and plenty of beach chairs and toys as well.

Steps from the beach, a short walk from great nightlife and dining options, and all the amazing house amenities: many beds, clean bathrooms, indoor/outdoor spaces, built in sound system throughout EVERY room, gas grill and fire pit, keyless entry/check-in, and TV’s on every floor.

Carolyn was so nice and provided us a list of local recommendations too! Would definitely stay again!

This was by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The location was beyond our expectations, the house was clean and very spacious, and Carolyn was such an amazing host. She was so detailed in her welcome message that we didn’t have to contact her with any questions. This house will forever hold so many amazing memories. Thank you so much for everything!

This home is stunning – first things first… get into this home and open those beautiful sliding doors all the way-to view the beach, and soak in that sea breeze! This home is in prime location for pacific Beach and San Diego!

It is perfect for families ! l was nervous with a newly walking infant and 2 sets of stairs ( but we were saved by the baby gate that was provided- thank you !!! 🥰 ) we were able to enjoy this house thoroughly – walking to brunch ( I love The Mission restaurant maybe .03 of a mile from Carolyn’s home) amongst many other amazing dining options that are right within walking distance, not to mention the beach that is right down the walkway! The fire pit was an added luxury and perfect place to unwind and catch up with family we hadn’t seen due to the pandemic. Thank you for a wonderful stay we would 100% stay here again!

This beach condo is wonderful & so is Carolyn! We had 3 small children & 3 couples. I LOVED the layout & how each of us had plenty of space to spread out. 4 bathrooms is amazing! Location outstanding! Gorgeous flat screens throughout. Speakers to play fun music for NYE was just so cool. The ONLY thing that would have made it better is a hot tub & rooftop access. We did a lot of cost comparison & this was on the high end of what we saw so that’s why price wasn’t a “homerun” for us. The balconies were a bit tight so we didn’t use them like we had hoped but I cannot say enough about Carolyn & her beautiful Airbnb. She has maximized what this condo has to offer! 1,000% recommend!!

Loved the place! My family of 6 (four adults and 2 kids) wanted to come back already even before we left! First of all location is great, 4 min walk to Mission beach, 3 min walk to aquatic center (which offers boat rental, kayak, jet ski etc.), a dozen of decent restaurants within 10min walk, and 10min drive to Sea World. The house is great, it feels like a new build and is very clean. They even provided some basic toddler furnitures (staircase safety gate, packable dining chair etc), very thoughtful. The host Carolyn was very responsive and answered all of my questions within 5 min. Overall, highly recommended!

My family of 7 stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. House was perfect for us and everything was exactly as advertised. Carolyn is an incredible host and really went above and beyond to make our brief stay from the East Coast as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Would highly recommend staying here!

This is a beautiful home in the perfect location. It is in walking distance to so much. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was awesome. Carolyn responded quickly when we needed assistance.

Very clean hotel feel air bnb with updated fixtures and modern feel! Definitely feels like you are on vacation when you stay here. It is so close to everything and the host communicates well l, no question left un answered. This air bnb also has so many actual beds which I feel is rare especially with an affordable price tag!

Well thought out floor plan. Great for medium or large families. We were very comfortable with five, 3 adults and 2 teenagers. Close to the beach and walking distance for shopping or eating great food.
